Store Surveys
In order to understand the needs of a store's customers, it is important to survey them in regards to their likes and dislikes. Sutti Associates believes that this is imperative prior to building a new store or beginning a remodel.
These surveys are initiated by Sutti Associates and managed by the individual stores. The information is sent to Sutti Associates who tabulates the results and presents a simple but informative report on the results of the survey.
 Store Signage Program
How retail environments and customers' needs change is an important understanding for retail store owners to have. At Sutti Associates we will develop signage programs that will encourage the customers of the retail stores to find products and/or to become aware of the current programs the store is offering.
"Nutrition, Health and You" is a signage program that was recently developed to help consumers find products that may be pertinent to their particular health needs such as “Gluten Free”, “Organic”, etc.
Financial Analysis
Creating sales and enjoying the levels of success associated with a successful store is satisfying for both Sutti Associates and our clients. But it is also important to understand where the success is coming from in a financial perspective. Sutti Associates understands the cost considerations of department operations with a retail store. Many of these operations are complex, especially the service deli. Understanding the costs will allow store owners and managers make the right decisions in terms of evaluating departments.
Our company will also get involved in Business Plans that are designed for fund raising or internal operational documents. Many of our financial projects are also based on feasibility studies for a project prior to committing the necessary funds for the project.
