The Sutti Associates architectural division lead architect, David Kim, has many years experience creating the architectural plans for many successful retailers in the grocery business.

Our company uses AutoCAD so that the architectural team is capable of creating plans to meet all of the needs of our clients. Unique offerings include creating color markings for the different departments within the store to better understand the distribution of square footage for each department or phases of work.

The architectural division has easy access to the Sutti equipment division. This expedites the flow of information for equipment layout with exact specifications and cut sheets.

Store Design & Layouts

Led by a professional team of designers, our design and layout team continues to innovate space use, concepts and departments for retail stores. These innovations find space within the wall of the exterior shell that creates exciting merchandising departments to stimulate purchases and sales.

Seven Olsen, our lead interior designer, has more than 21 years of experience in retail design. He collaborates with the Sutti design team to develop the décor plan, structural décor elements, lighting plan, color direction and branding concepts that are consistent throughout the store.
