Architecture

Sutti Associates architectural division lead architect, Jaesil Lee, has been with the company for over 15 years creating the architectural plans for many successful retailers in Northern California.

The company uses 2006 AutoCAD system so that the architectural team is capable of creating plans to meet all of the client’s needs. Such unique features include creating color markings for the different departments within the store to better understand the distribution of square footage for each department.

The architectural division has easy access to the Sutti Equipment Division to expedite the information for equipment layout with exact specifications and cut sheets. The Sutti Animation Department also will interface with the architectural department to collaborate on virtual animated tours of the new and remodeled store designs.

Store Design & Layouts

Led by John Sutti with over 30 years experience, our design and layout team continues to innovate space use, concepts, and departments for retail grocery stores. These innovations find space within the walls of the exterior shell that create exciting merchandising departments to stimulate purchases and sales for the consumer and retail store.

Steven Olsen, our lead interior designer, brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial design. He will collaborate with the design team to develop the décor plan, structural décor elements, lighting plan, color direction and branding concepts that are consistent throughout the store.

Once these interior designs and layouts have been conceptualized, it is the option of Sutti Associates clients to preview these visions ultilizing the 3-D animation department within our company. Having the ability to preview, with a virtual tour of the proposed layout, interior design, colors, textures, displays, lighting and merchandising allows our clients to make changes to the proposed design of the interior or exterior of their stores.
